Frequently Asked Questions

No. A deposit of between £50 & £100 is required to secure the date. Your final balance is to be cleared a week before your event date via bank transfer only.
Once you’ve paid your deposit you can make as little or as many payments towards your final bill.
A £25 retainer deposit is added to all orders to cover theft or damage. This is refunded the following Monday after your event.
Our travel fee starts from £10 on all bookings but depends on distance.
We cover all areas in and surrounding the West midlands. We can travel to other city’s too depending on availability. A travel fee will be added and a minimum spend of £350.
We can achieve any chosen theme or colour scheme. Themes are always best.
We do Venue Styling and Stage Areas from Chair Covers, Centrepieces, Helium Balloons etc...
Bubble balloons can be ordered 24 hours prior, depending on availability.
All our items are individually priced so it all depends on what you want and how many items you require. We do have packages starting from £60.
We are not event planners we are event stylists so we don’t offer a consultation service on décor. In some cases, we can do but you will be charged a travel fee. Operating as a mobile business allows us to keep our costs down and pass on those savings to you.
